1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date
Conditions
- Items must be:
- In original packaging
- Undamaged, unused, and free from stains
- Returned with all original accessories
- A maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for a refund
- Unlimited items may be:
- Exchanged
- Returned for store credit
- For exchanges:
- Customers pay any price difference
- Price differences will be refunded if the replacement item is lower in value
- All exchanged items are final sale
Fees
- Refunds:
- $10 return & processing fee per order
- Hawaii & Alaska: $19.99
- Exchanges & Store Credit:
- Free of charge
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit
Gift Returns:
- Gift recipients may request a return within 30 days
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser or as store credit
2. Returns After 30 Days
- Refunds for non-quality-related issues are not available after 30 days
- For product quality issues, refunds or exchanges may still be processed within the applicable warranty period
3. Return Procedure
Step 1: Request a Return

or - Email us at info@nanobee.me with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged or defective items)
Step 2: Ship Your Item
- Our support team will provide detailed return instructions
- Do not send items to the address on the original package
Step 3: Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after:
- The item is received
- The return is inspected and approved

- Returns due to product quality issues:
- Shipping costs are covered by Nanobee
- Returns due to customer damage or misuse:
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please ensure your item is eligible under warranty before requesting a return or exchange

- Always contact Nanobee before returning any item
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
